Christian Yoga is a means of self-care, nurturing both the body and spirit. In Christian yoga, we care for ourselves in order to love and serve God and others better. Throughout our practice, we meditate on Scripture, allowing God’s Word to fill us up.

Bethany is a city in Jerusalem where Jesus went to rest and be with friends and fellow believers. I welcome you to Bethany Yoga with a grateful heart and pray you find strength, peace, and a trusted community of faithful friends here. All are welcome!
